What is Soul & Spirit Work?
Being the best you can be in soul and spirit.
Wholeness Coaching
Wholeness coaching is the Whole version of wellness coaching. We work with you to identify areas where you want to grow and provide guidance and support as you navigate your journey towards wholeness. This includes help to identify and work through the obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals.
Spirit Work
While coaching and Splankna can help with a lot of soul issues, and even some spirit issues, sometimes we need to focus specifically on the woundings of our spirit to get to greater wholeness. At Whole, this includes helping you to identify and eliminate unwanted entities from your spirit and life. All spirit work is done on a voluntary donation-only basis.
Splankna Work
At Whole, we believe in the Splankna protocol. Not just because it has been effective for many hundreds of lives, but because lives are transformed through it, including our founder's life. Learn more about the Splankna protocol and watch excerpts of a recorded sample session here.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
We offer a free 15-minute consultation to all new clients. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and determine if our services are a good fit for you.
What our Clients are Saying
“I've been dealing with a lot of stress including a huge career transition and a difficult move to another state. Ellen helped me to uncover the heart of the issues and sort through what I want some of my next steps to be. I'm still processing, but I have more clarity thanks to my work with Whole.”

“Splankna is a great modality for getting to the root of trauma. It dug out and addressed some of my past issues and brought more light to my soul. Now Ellen has been working with my adult-aged child who struggles to communicate. It's amazing how we can get to some of his past traumas even without all the words.”
Scott, 58
“Ellen opened me up to a new understanding of what it means to bring healing to the spirit. The work she does is missing in many churches around the United States, even though it's commanded in scripture (Mt 10:8). I am grateful to her willingness to submit to the teachings of Jesus and do what He commanded.”
